I've done that trip (or similarish) twice from Kilsyth to Cambridge in the 30 kWh Leaf, and once in the 24 kWh Leaf, and probably charged at least six or seven times each way. But that was in summer. Agree about the A66 , but the weather is a critical factor too. What was the longest leg on one char...

Some community halls are mainly used by local people, most of whom will charge at home, others host weddings and other functions attracting people from a wider area. Just got back from 3 weeks in NZ (where I saw many Leafs in the wild, esp. around Wellington and Dunedin) Also one or two nice supermarket car park multiple Type2+rapid charging bays in e.g. Tauranga. Slight delay on the boat from Korea, now arriving 11th March, which means delivery will be 14 days ...

Hmm, we have these delights to come in March... and yes, its a click to buy Kona. I'm not sure our credit cards will run to £30K !
Might be worth applying for a bank load as Plan B: but I gather EST wont lend money if the car is already owned.
